This is not really a mod, but there was no other way to post this.
Included:
1) Doc file that provides detailed instructions on dbs file creation, documenting modification procedures and purposes, readme.htm and its use, and concluding with the zip file packaging and recommended mod contents.
2) Snitz Mod Guide (with detailed information about most of the routines and functions).
