The purpose of this mod is to add a spell check feature to your Snitz forum. Not only does this spell check mod find spelling errors within your posts, but it also provides suggestions to correct the errors. This has been tested in Internet Explorer 6 and 7, Firefox, Opera, Mozilla, Safari and Netscape.

Ease of implementation on a scale from 1-10 with 1 being the easiest: 1

You only need to add 3 small sections of code to one file!

Here is a demo on my test forum. The login is demo/demo.

v1.5 - Updated the googie.asp page because Google shut down the service. It is now working through organoo and the fix references their service.
v1.4 - The AJS.js file has been updated. Fixed the issue with Internet Explorer 7 that would not allow the spell checker to work. Default appearance of the spell checker is now a button instead of text.
v1.3 - The AmiJS.js file was updated to v3 (it is now called AJS.js). The googiespell.js file was updated to v3.96. Fixed a minor Text Alert nuisance.
v1.2 - The AmiJS.js file was updated to v2.98.
v1.1 - Fixed the bug that made the spell checker only spell in English. It will now check in any language as selected by the user.

Please remember to rate this mod. Thanks.

The instructions for step 3 will result in errors when editing categories. This is the fix for that.
